In-person sessions allow individuals to fully immerse in the experience of Hakwai training. From perfecting exercise form to the fine-tuning of training psychology. Working closely with your coach will motivate and empower you to take on not only your fitness goals but your life goals as well.

DIGITAL NINJA

The next best thing to “in-person training” is our online service. From traveling for business to not having time to head to a physical gym, this option allows you to work 1 on 1 while having the freedom and flexibility of being anywhere in the world without missing a sesh.

KIRI ACADEMY

Having your life coach train alongside you is an experience in itself. Coaching a limited number of clients, Jeremy uses a combination of Personal + Bootcamp style training methods which creates a whole workout vibe where everyone can feed off each other’s strengths and support during weakness. The group size allows for an intimate coaching session where you can see your trainer suffer through those burpees while having fun with the squad.
